my experience in the work of bread

At work for the school fair I made bread, my group is Orianna Gonzalez, Alejandro Simoes, Jose Suniaga, Maria Claudia Mata and  Antonella Gollo. It was a very funny but also very interesting because we had the opportunity to go to a bakery and see how they made bread, so we have an idea for our experiments. The aim of our study was  the bread and know the various biochemical processes, changing variables to see how they affect the process. We performed three experiments where the first vary the amount of yeast in the second the amount of sugar and the third temperature. Our results were successful, this work gained experience in the management of research methodology, knowledge and management of biochemical processes and variables involved in this work.
