obsessions in the world

 Obsessions are a fairly common problem, everyday. Everyone has felt at one time "trapped" by some thought that torments him, sometimes in other ridiculously and justifiably so. However, for many people these thoughts come to be stormy indeed a limiting problem, generating a lot of anxiety and even trigger depression. The people can obsess about your body, by any vice, by artists and singers, among other things.



I had my own obsession

A few months ago I went through one of the most horrible months I have lived, but pass them unconsciously, as I started to haunt me too with my weight, I started dieting very strong, that what he ate was pure liquids,and do exercise a lot. One day I felt that my mind could with me and was so obsessed with being thin that I had the money I started buying pills cut, laxatives for each meal ate ma not digest and then voted, and notso fat. One day I fainted at school, that's when my mother realized what was happening to me, decided totake asiq eu a psychologist, and went to various therapies, and have already passed a bit of everythingwhat happened to me, but yet I can not take pills, it is very difficult to take leave, as my body adapted toalways take my own body and now the pedi me is that this will happen and I also know that will not be easy, but the important thing is that I got out of the slightly more serious anorexia, and now I can control myself.

my experience in the work of bread

At work for the school fair I made bread, my group is Orianna Gonzalez, Alejandro Simoes, Jose Suniaga, Maria Claudia Mata and  Antonella Gollo. It was a very funny but also very interesting because we had the opportunity to go to a bakery and see how they made bread, so we have an idea for our experiments. The aim of our study was  the bread and know the various biochemical processes, changing variables to see how they affect the process. We performed three experiments where the first vary the amount of yeast in the second the amount of sugar and the third temperature. Our results were successful, this work gained experience in the management of research methodology, knowledge and management of biochemical processes and variables involved in this work.
